Passionate about leading the global people agenda that spans our 8,000+ employees in India, UK, and ANZ. Entrepreneurial exposure to scaling a start-up to a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate of businesses today with Ola Electric being the recent success story. Working directly with the founder and building one of the most successful start-ups in India. Prior to Ola, Rohit has a varied exposure to sales, building commercial acumen, Information Technology in Industries like Healthcare, Aviation , Transportation and Energy. He worked in companies like General Electric, Infosys and Voltas and fairly worked through the tenure in depth and breadth of the roles he held.
