Manish is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant with over three decades of vast experience in advising companies (in the role of Global CFO) and clients (as strategic board advisor) on their business, compliance and finance strategies and efficiencies. He is an expert on matters relating to compliance and finance and its impact on business and economy. He has advised Indian and foreign multinationals on various investments and transactions, cutting across sectors like private equity, financial services and technology.
Manish being an all India rank holder in his academics has a hobby of mentoring young professionals and has been a guide to them helping them and their organisation to grow. His contribution to thought leadership related to compliance and business have been used by numerous businesses and companies.
